User privacy in danger?

Without a doubt there is a hole in crypto space throught making transactions between users and exchange wallets. Transparency is lacking and not allowing users to gain full control to analyize what they have done in weeks behind. Will that go to change to new system where there is no loss funds from hack attackers and project scams? What is the best solution?
